1 Hour Nutrition Consultation

Our sports nutritionist will provide a one-hour consultation to help you reach your goals, whether they’re related to weight, body composition, performance or general health and wellness. We will accompany this with plenty of handouts and practical advice that can be applied to your lifestyle on a day-to-day basis.

1 Hour Nutrition Consultation with Dietary Analysis

You will record your food intake and exercise habits for three days and then have this information analyzed using the most advanced diet and fitness software on the market. We want to know what you are currently doing, so we can determine an appropriate calorie level for weight loss, weight gain or weight maintenance. We will also look for deficiencies and excesses in your diet and analyze your supplement intake, and then design an appropriate plan for you with your fitness goals in mind.

Body Composition Assessment

Using the Skyndex skin calipers and the American College of Sports Medicine guidelines, we will measure fat tissue at various body sites in order to determine overall percent body fat. We will also conduct a 30-minute consultation to evaluate your body composition and formulate a plan for future health and performance goals.

Resting Metabolic Rate Analysis

We will determine your resting metabolic rate, or more specifically, how many calories you burn at complete rest. This will be done by measuring your oxygen consumption via indirect calorimetry. We will then interpret this data and provide a 30-minute consultation to accurately calculate your total daily energy needs. This service is highly recommended for elite athletes, considering their goals are usually very specific with regard to body composition and performance.

1 Hour Nutrition Consultation with Dietary Analysis and RMR Test

We will perform a resting metabolic rate consult and then have you record your food intake and activity for three days. After your dietary habits have been analyzed, we will provide a one-hour consultation to develop an eating and supplementation strategy for optimal performance and health.

3 Days of Personalized Menus

We will develop three days of personalized menus to take the guesswork out of meal planning. Using your specific energy requirements, we will plan all of your meals and snacks in order to supply consistent energy throughout the day. A substitution list will also be provided, so combining foods into meals becomes quick and easy. This is ideal for athletes looking to simplify their eating strategies.

Follow-up Nutrition Consultation

We want to make sure you stay on track in the coming weeks and months. Periodic follow-ups will keep you abreast of the latest nutrition information related to health and performance. We will also continually reassess your current nutrition and supplementation program as your goals change.
